A MESSAGE FROM AMANDA

Friends,

Standing comes at a cost. President Trump came inches from losing his life, standing for us. When most would have retreated, he charged forward. He is the epitome of courage, bravery and overcoming fierce persecution. President Trump is an inspiration to us all.

Watching the persecution of President Trump as they came after him personally, politically, financially, to include multiple failed assassination attempts, has hopefully opened your eyes.

President Trump is not alone. Other politicians including myself have also suffered persecution for taking a stand against the political establishment.

While nothing compares to what President Trump endured, those who have followed my journey know that I’m no stranger to political persecution and opposition from the political establishment.

For standing against the authoritarians, I’ve endured an illegal censure for standing with President Trump on J6, had a plexiglass wall built around my desk on the floor of the Virginia Senate for refusing to wear a mask for standing against Covid mandates, had my committee assignments and seniority stripped from me and put in the corner of the Democrat-controlled Senate floor for stating the 2020 Presidential Election was stolen. I stated the truth. The 2020 Presidential Election was stolen and presented numerous bills to put the guardrails back on our elections.

The political establishment paid operatives to take me out, personally, politically, professionally and financially. And yet I stand.

I've stood up for your gun rights, your right not to wear a mask or be forced to get the Covid jab. I called for a full forensic audit of the 2020 Presidential election, paper ballots, and hand counts on an election day, not a season.

For standing, I was a victim of lawfare and years of harassment by a former disgruntled aide.

I have a history of standing up for you. I’m battle tested and proven.

Of those running for Governor you have to ask yourself, do all of the candidates have a history of standing or folding?

Did they accept the Covid mandates in 2020 or did they stand up and fight for your individual rights?

Did they defend President Trump when he correctly claimed that the 2020 Presidential Election was stolen or did they just go along with Liz Cheney who tried to instead prosecute and imprison those standing up for our Constitutional Republic?

Did they stand up for you when it wasn’t popular to do so and when they would face personal persecution?

You can count on me.
I have a proven track record of standing up for you in the past, and you can count on me to stand for you as Governor.

REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE FOR

GOVERNOR OF VIRGINIA

MY FAITH IN JESUS

My faith in God through Jesus is central to who I am. It doesn't mean I'm perfect, but through all of the trials, persecution and struggles, it's my faith that I turn to and from which I draw strength during the good times and the more challenging times.

I accepted Jesus into my heart when I was in the 2nd grade. As a young teen and young adult my relationship with the Lord became more personal. I felt compelled to go on several missions trips and while in college at Virginia Tech was very involved with Campus Crusade for Christ, which is now called Cru.

It was during my college years that I began to study the Bible and my faith strengthened. I remember spending my spring break in Daytona sharing the gospel of Christ with people on the beach.

As a young adult who worked full time in management in the finance and banking field, I spent some week nights and weekends visiting people who had visited our church and led several small group Bible studies.

As a young mother, I left corporate America to raise and homeschool our 4 children under a religious exemption statue. It was then I began to volunteer for the Family Foundation and led various programs and coops for homeschool families seeking opportunities for their children. It was also then that I began to volunteer for various political campaigns for conservative Republicans.

One thing lead to another and my volunteerism lead to serving as campaign staff, political director and even campaign manager for various federal, state and local elected officials.

Ultimately, I would run and win a state senate seat, overcoming a 28 year incumbent. I served in the Virginia Senate for 8 years from 2016 to 2023, until I was "defeated" by 375 mail-in and early votes out of 22,000 votes, in which my campaign was denied overseeing of the early voting machines.

I contested the race, but was ultimately ignored by the Virginia State Board of Elections and the Republican Party of Virginia. We sought justice legally, but we were ignored. The people of Senate District 12 were disenfranchised but no one had the boldness to investigate our concern, despite our best efforts to fight the injustice. It was a frustrating experience but at the end of the day I trusted the Lord to ultimately bring justice.

Many of you have heard me say the Holy Spirit is my GPS. That is true.

Like many of you, I too get distracted and take the longer route because I wasn't paying attention. However, my heart is to put God first every morning, listen to His voice and follow the path that He has laid before me through doors that I believe He opens and closes. While I believe my loss was nefarious at best, it was a door God closed. And one I had a hard time accepting because of the appearance of cheating.

I've had former employees who had worked for me in the past and been good to literally stab me in the back. They accepted money from other elected officials who I had challenged on various policies to betray and defame my good character and reputation. They came after me politically, professionally and personally. A Richmond General District Court judge granted me a protective order against one employee who continues to follow me to this day.

Why? Because I wasn't popular with the other politicians. I wouldn't just go along to get along. I took a stand.

Life begins at conception, not 15 weeks, for starters. I refused to approve a Health and Human Resources Cabinet member because they refused to reverse Governor Northam's position regarding healthcare providers ability to prescribe ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for the treatment of Covid.

I refused to rejoin the Republican Senate Caucus until the leader resigned because he had introduced bills to increase taxes and even introduced a gun control bill. I could not in good conscience sit under a leader who was introducing bills only a Democrat would introduce. Standing came at a cost.

I had my committee assignments taken away, my seniority taken away and my seat moved to the farthest side of the Virginia Senate chamber and my colleagues . All in an attempt to shame me into submission.

No matter what they did to me or said about me, I chose to stand.

TAKING A STAND DURING COVID

During Covid, I refused to wear a mask. As a result, the Senate staff built a plexiglass wall around my desk. I referred to as my "Wall of Freedom."

Overnight, we saw America become a socialist nation. Our basic ability to breathe was now being governed by an overreaching tyrannical government.

Even the manufacturer of the masks printed a disclaimer stating the masks did not protect people from the spread of viruses. In fact, it was later proven that masks actually cause harm and increase a person's chances of contracting a respiratory virus.

I introduced many bills to make it illegal for employers, educators and even small businesses from violating our civil rights. These decisions of body autonomy we could determine for ourselves. I called on the government to stop restricting our ability to work, get educated or simply perform everyday activities like shop and visit the doctor for simply refusing the experimental jab.

I introduced legislation that would allow doctors to prescribe ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for the treatment of Covid.

Our Constitutional rights were being violated and I had to take a stand, no matter the cost. Wearing a mask or not should have been a choice, not a mandate.

My colleagues complied with the mandates. I did not. I was both isolated and ostracized by my colleagues for standing. The Senate Clerk staff put my desk at the back of the room in a far corner. They tried to break me, but I stood strong.

During the height of Covid, I was running for Governor. During the day I would serve in the Senate of Virginia. In the evenings, I campaigned across the state. No mask. No vaccine. People were desperate for someone who would stand up for them under the Constitutional mandates.

Here's a picture of the Virginia Senate in 2021, during the height of Covid. We were forced to meet at the Science Museum of Virginia so that we could comply with social distancing mandates, which we've now discovered were a hoax and nothing more than political science.

During the height of Covid, who stood up for you? Who fought the unconstitutional mandates? I did. And it came at a cost.

Who can you count on to stand with you in the future? Who has had the courage, fortitude and history of standing with you in the past?

Standing wasn't easy. Even comedian Jimmy Kimmel mocked me nationally for refusing to wear a mask. They wanted to break me, but I stood strong in the midst of isolation, being mocked and ridiculed.

I continued to challenge the mask and vaccine mandates. They were making decisions based on political science, not science. Today, 4 years later, we know know the truth.

You can count on me. I've stood with you in the past. I will stand with you in the future.

I STAND FOR MEDICAL FREEDOM

I did not get the jab. And I fought for your right not to get the jab. The government should not mandate an experimental "vaccine."

Dr. Sheila Furey, the President of VAMFA Virginia Medical Freedom Alliance and I worked very closely together on legislation that I sponsored to push back against onerous and unconstitutional mandates.

Dr. Robert Malone was the inventor of the Covid vaccine. Although he took the jab, he later withdrew his support and is now actively exposing the truth about the side effects of the vaccine, to include death. Dr. Paul Marik spoke as a subject matter expert on several of my medical freedom bills. People want choice not mandates.

STANDING FOR THE 2ND AMENDMENT

Many of you heard me speak at the 2020 VCDL Legislative Day at the Capitol when there were well over 50,000 gun loving Virginians who arrived in Virginia.

You can trust me to protect your gun rights. To me it's personal. You can trust me to stand up for the 2nd Amendment.

Some politicians say that they support the 2nd Amendment. I have both a public history and legislative record of opposing gun control. Action should trump rhetoric. I've actually introduced legislation to repeal the gun control laws that the Democrat controlled General Assembly passed in 2020.

After I was assaulted on multiple occasions on Capitol grounds, I decided to open carry. It worked. The national protestors that flooded our state capitol finally stopped laying hands on me. I believe with all of my heart that guns save lives. I also believe an armed society is a polite society.

Many have taken this picture out of context. My team and I were standing on Bank Street in front of the Virginia Capitol in Richmond with hundreds of pro-2nd Amendment supporters from all walks of life.

July 4, 2020, I was asked to be speak at a Pro-2nd Amendment Rally in downtown Richmond at our state capitol. I was told it was too dangerous to go. Both Antifa and BLM were supposed to be there. My security team and I made the decision to go anyway. Keep in mind the Richmond Police and just been demoralized by Democrat Mayor Levar Stoney. This picture was taken in the streets of Richmond.

The Democrat Trifecta of 2020 passed scores of gun control legislation like one gun a month, universal background checks, red flag laws and gun free zones could not be created by localities. I spoke out against these bills that were a violation of both our U.S. Constitution and our Virginia Constitution. The Democrats controlled the Virginia Senate, the Virginia House and Governor Ralph Northam was Governor. Legislatively, there was nothing we could do. We didn't have the votes. So I chose to go public and expose to the American people what the Democrats were doing.

Bloomberg and others nefarious actors were dumping millions of dollars into Virginia. It was an all out war on our 2nd Amendment rights. While I knew we didn't have the votes, I chose to be creative and get vocal.

To implement socialism, I knew they would first come for our guns. And they did. Instead of protecting individual rights for people to protect themselves, the Democrats were more interested in protecting the criminals, including violent offenders.

STANDING UP FOR INNOCENT LIFE

The Pro-family, non-profit group, The Family Foundation issues a legislative scorecard so that Virginians can see how their legislator scores on pro-family issues.

For my entire 8 year legislative career, year after year from 2016 through 2023, I received a perfect score of 100%.

You can trust that I will stand for life, because I have a voting record you can trust. Not just my words.

Life begins at fertilization. Even 98% of scientists agree. I introduced a Life Begins at Conception bill. The Senate Rules Committee refused to make a motion to vote up or down on the bill. If they voted for the bill, they would have to agree that life begins at conception. If they voted down the bill, they would oppose the opinion of 98% of scientists.

I've been honored to speak at Family Foundation organized pro-life rallies at the Virginia State Capitol. After SCOTUS overturned the Landmark Roe vs Wade Case, CNN asked for an interview. I'm not afraid to stand for life.

I led the effort in the Virginia Senate to defeat the so called Equal Right Amendment, a failed amendment that was resurrected from the 70s. The false claim was that it should be passed to give women equal rights and codify it in the Constitution. The real agenda was to promote gender fluidity, a concept that seemed so foreign until today. I was an outspoken leader against the so called Equal Rights Amendment.

Listen as I speak against SJR 284 on the floor of the Virginia Senate.

I've worked under two Democrat governors and one Republican governor. There are different strategies that have to be used for each. Under a Democrat governor, we know pro-life legislation will not pass. So do we continue to introduce legislation even when we know it will not pass?

I believe that we should and I do. It's important that we put legislators on the record so that voters know how they will vote when we do have the votes and it does count.

The late Virginia Senator Eva Mae Scott (R-Amelia) and I speak at a press conference organized by The Family Foundation against the so-called Equal Rights Amendment.

STANDING UP FOR SECURE ELECTIONS

When voters in my senate district went to cast their vote in 2020, many said that they couldn't vote because someone had already cast their vote for them. I was determined to investigate and get to the bottom of this, despite efforts to be shamed into not questioning the 2020 Presidential Election results.

I flew to Arizona to witness the first ever full forensic audit so that I knew what legislation to introduce in Virginia. Clearly there was a national effort to steal our elections and what they were doing in Arizona was happening all across the country, but only Republican controlled legislators were able to investigate. I worked very closely with the Arizona legislature. My hope was to have a full forensic audit right here in Virginia, but the legislature was completely controlled by the Democrats. So I sought to expose what was happening across the country, and eventually right here in Virginia.

The Voter Confidence Restoration Act was just one of many bills that I introduced to put the guardrails back on our Virginia elections and restore voter confidence in our elections. While my goal was ultimately a full forensic audit of the 2020 election, I knew that wouldn't happen with a Democrat controlled legislature. So, I led the effort to simply go back to our Virginia Election Law best practices prior to covid, back when we required photo ID to vote, we had an election day instead of an election season and there were no drop boxes.

While in South Dakota at the Mike Lindell Cyber Symposium I founded the National Election Integrity Caucus for legislators across the country. Together we worked on and shared legislative ideas and bills to assist with our election integrity efforts.

STANDING UP ON JANUARY 6

I was there on January 6. But I did not go into the nation's Capitol. Many of us believed the 2020 Presidential Election was stolen and joining the protest at the Capitol in DC with President Trump to exercise our First Amendment right to free speech and to contest the election results. We were counting on Vice President Mike Pence to do the right thing. Unfortunately, he did not and his political career is over. I stand up for true election integrity. As a result, I was censured by the Virginia Senate with 3 Republicans joining.

STANDING UP FOR SAFER COMMUNITIES

Over the past 8 years, I have introduced legislation to support our law enforcement to include the Law Enforcement Bill of Rights. I voted against repealing qualified immunity.

YOU CAN TRUST ME TO STAND

When you are considering who you are going to support for Governor, ask yourself who has a history of standing up for the people?

Who can best beat Abigail Spamberger in November?

Please commit to collecting signatures to get me name on the ballot. We only have until April 3 to get over 10,000 signatures, 400 in each Congressional District. Please be sure to reach us at craig@chaseforva.com or me at amanda@chaseforva.com if you have any questions.

I have 8 years of experience as a Virginia Senator.

Plus I have an 8 year voting record you can trust.
